PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made via credit, debit and prepaid cards from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover. You can also pay via Apple Pay and Google Pay. For orders to be delivered in Greece it is also possible to pay via Cash on Delivery.
SHIPPING METHODS
- Greece: For orders with a total value of more than € 20, shipping is free. For lower value orders, the shipping charge is € 3. Delivery takes place in 1-3 working days. In inaccessible areas the delivery takes place in 2-5 working days.
- Cyprus: For orders with a total value of over € 80, shipping is free. For lower value orders, the shipping charge is € 7. Delivery takes place in 5-10 working days.
- Europe: For orders with a total value of over € 120, shipping is free. For lower value orders, the shipping charge is € 14. Delivery takes place in 3-7 working days.
- Rest of the World: The shipping fee is € 20. Delivery takes 5-12 working days.
In peak times such as holidays, Black Friday etc. please show understanding for any delays as there is a large load on shipping carriers.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS
- In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can proceed with the product exchange or return process. Returns must be made within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.
- All products belonging to the category "Underwear", "Earrings", "Makeup-Beauty" and "Tights" are not subject to exchange or return. All products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with protective stickers, intact with all tags and barcodes, not worn, not washed, not altered in any way and with the order number stated. Otherwise, they will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer, at the customer's expense of the return cost.
- Before sending each order, our company checks the products for any defective parts or defective pieces. However, in case you receive a problematic product or the product is not what you ordered, you have the right to replace it for free or request a refund.
- For orders that have not been received and have been returned to us by the shipping carrier company, then a refund is made on the card or to the payment method where the initial charge of the customer's order has been made minus € 5.00 which is the charge of the company's expenses for the transfer shipping and return to the company, costs which apply to shipments in Greece. The corresponding cost for shipments to Cyprus is € 10.00, and for the other countries it is € 15.00.
- For orders where the payment choice was Cash on Delivery and have not been received and have been returned to us by the shipping carrier company, then for the next order the Cash on Delivery payment option will not be accepted.
- In case of exchange with another product you will be charged the difference in the amount of the products, if any. For each order, in case of exchange with another product, the first return is free, while for each subsequent exchange you are charged € 5.00 which is the cost of the company for the transfer and return to us, a cost that applies to shipments in Greece. The corresponding cost for shipments to Cyprus is € 10.00, and for the other countries it is € 15.00.
